Seating and Policies

Box Office Policies Tickets are not refundable or exchangeable. Tickets that will not be used may be returned to the Jefferson Center box office as a tax-deductible contribution equal to the cost of the tickets. We ask that tickets be turned in 48 hours prior to the performance to enable resale.

A $5 fee will be charged to reprint tickets for any reserved performance series event.

All tickets are subject to availability. Ticket prices include City of Roanoke admissions tax and handling fees.
